Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (ACB) is a leading Bank in Sustainability and the implementation of ESG in Vietnam for over 10 years. In recent years, ACB has launched numerous ESG initiatives within the banking system to practice towards sustainability and ESG, working together for Sustainable Environment and Social Impact. ACB is also gradually integrating E-S-G factors into its lending activities by officially announcing a Sustainable Finance Framework and a preferential loan package of 4 trillion VND for Sustainable Finance.

ACB is seeking candidates to join in ESG initiatives and support Sustainable Finance.

Responsibilities:

• Build Sustainability strategy, monitor compliance and evaluate the impacts of strategy.
• Build a system for collecting, analyzing and transforming ESG data which suitable for sustainable standards.
• Support the integration of E&S factors in to Risk Management Framework.

• Support the development of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy.
• Assist in developing training plans on sustainable development and ESG for the bank wide.
• Support communication activities on sustainable development.
• Assist in development of a green taxonomy for loans and other sustainable finance products
• Implement regulations and processes for updating and assessing impacts on all staff.
• Prepare Sustainable Development reports.
• Prepare impact assessment reports and other internal reports.
• Support and participate in other ESG projects according to the bank‘s sustainable development roadmap.
• And support other ESG projects/initiatives.

Requirements: 

• At least 3-5 years of working experience or professional consulting in ESG and sustainable development in the banking finance sector.
• Preferably have experience working in banks or consulting for banks on related content.
• Knowledge of sustainable finance, green and social bonds.
• Knowledge and experience in building, collecting, and managing ESG data.
• Experience in preparing sustainable development reports, impact assessment reports, and internal reports.
• Experience in supporting and implementing sustainable development initiatives.
• Education: Bachelor‘s degree (preferably a Master‘s degree) in Banking Finance, Sustainable Development Management, Environment...
• Proficient in English.
