Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Java Backend Developer / Technical Leader to take ownership of backend service development. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, single sign‑on/off, OAuth 2.0, OpenID, LDAP, SAML, and federated identity management. A solid background in cryptography is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Join the IT development team, reporting directly to the Development Manager.

• Act as a senior developer and technical lead for the backend team.

• Participate in coding and code reviews to ensure high‑quality product delivery.

• Maintain clean, scalable, and easy‑to‑maintain code.

• Create and maintain technical documentation.

• Proactively improve product features and overall quality.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for seamless product integration.

Requirements

Education

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

Technical Expertise

• 5+ years of experience in Java backend development.

• Good knowledge of OOP, design patterns, multithreading/concurrency, data structures, and algorithms.

• Hands‑on experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Hibernate, Spring Data, Spring Security).

• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, Couchbase).

• Knowledge of Keycloak / RedHat SSO is a plus.

• Familiarity with CI/CD environments.

• Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban).
