About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Project Executive to lead and support strategic projects from initiation to completion. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and resources, and ensuring successful delivery of key initiatives that drive business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage assigned projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
  • Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and resource schedules.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Technologies or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management or executive-level project coordination.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
  • Experience in strategic planning or business transformation projects.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
