HO - Head of Brand
Description
- Your scope involves both highlevel brand construction and very handon brand communications and execution.
- You will be working with the best in class creative minds to drive key initiatives that renovate the master brand of ACB and shape the foundation for future portfollio.
Responsibilities
- Master Brand Concept and Communication
- Work closely with strategic agencies to define master brand concept and identity.
- Develop an annual plan to achieve the master brand positioning.
- Execute the plan either independently or in strong collaboration with marketing team to make sure that master brand image is relaunched successfully and consistently.
- Brand Guidelines and Co-Creation
- Inspire marketing team on the master brand guidelines and co-create brand essences and visual identities to elevate the whole ACB portfolio.
- Partnership with marketing team, in-house and external creative agencies on strategic projects, provide guidance and inputs to bring up creative quality and overall campaign performance.
- Collaborate with media team to develop communication templates for different consumer journeys and effectively use data and business results to effectively improve templates.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- At least 3 years experience as a Brand Management role or similar Marketing role, preferably in Banking, Financial Service, MNC…
- Have relevant experiences in creative development, product development, branding works, customer experience and engagement
- Strong in concept and project management, resourceful and Agile mindset
- Have a structured approach to navigate complicated matters and network
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work with cross-functional team
- Excellent time management skill and ability to work well under high pressure
